Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Position Summary As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member at Extreme Exteriors, you’ll help keep our clients’ outdoor spaces clean, healthy, and looking their best. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Prune shrubs, trees, and plants to maintain appearance and health Apply mulch, clean beds, and remove debris Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment safely Follow schedules and job instructions efficiently Work closely with crew members to deliver high-quality results What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual team player Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Irrigation Technician
Position Summary The Irrigation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and healthy landscapes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems Install new irrigation systems and components Adjust and program controllers and timers Identify leaks, broken lines, faulty valves, and wiring issues Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet local regulations Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with team leads or clients What We’re Looking For Experience with irrigation systems preferred Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license Knowledge of water conservation practices is a plus Irrigation license or certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Landscape Installer
Position Summary As a Landscape Installer at Extreme Exteriors, you’ll bring outdoor designs to life. This position focuses on installing plants, hardscapes, and landscape features while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install plants, trees, sod, and landscape materials Assist with hardscape installation such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Read and follow landscape plans and instructions Use hand tools and power equipment safely Prepare job sites, including grading and soil preparation Maintain clean and organized work areas What We’re Looking For Experience in landscape installation or construction preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and digging Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Greenhouse Associate
Position Summary The Greenhouse Associate oversees daily operations of our greenhouse, ensuring plants are healthy, organized, and ready for installation or sale. This role combines hands-on plant care with leadership and organization, making it ideal for someone with horticultural knowledge who enjoys leading a team and maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily greenhouse operations, including watering, fertilizing, and plant health Monitor plant growth, identify pests or diseases, and implement treatment plans Oversee inventory, plant organization, and staging for upcoming projects Coordinate with landscape and installation teams to ensure plant readiness Supervise and train greenhouse staff, promoting efficiency and safety Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper environmental conditions Track plant usage, losses, and restocking needs What We’re Looking For Experience in greenhouse operations, horticulture, or plant production Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and fertilization practices Ability to identify plant health issues and take corrective action Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor/greenhouse environment Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
